  • All theory is transferred into practical training situations under supervised conditions in group work rooms
  • All training situations are tailor-made and come from real life work situations
  • The groups are able to follow the training sessions, to learn from them and to control how the groups representative is proceeding
  • All training sessions are taped and analysed in group work rooms and in the class room.
  • When needed, the trainer can give a participant individual guidance and tips
  • The trainer follows and controls how the group is behaving without disturbing the group unnecessarily. He gives feedback and advice when needed.
