The answer is intensive training. People taking part in our courses work from 12 to 14 hours every day and the total number of persons is limited to 12.

©FUNNEL is a systematic approach to practical sales work. It is a tool which is based on customers present situation and needs & requirements. It includes all elements of an efficient sales negotiation and it is easy to use in all sales situations.
The method was created by Jorma Kylander in the end of 1960’s and it is also suitable in customer service expert and aftersales training.
©FUNNEL, a systematic and effective sales negotiation, has a logical approach to selling. During the training course the participants will learn how to motivate the customer, how to find out his/her present situation, how to listen to his/her needs and requirements and how to specify them, how to present the solution / offer based on customer needs as wells as how to end the sales negotiation in a successful manner.

All JKC training programmes are tailor-made to meet the customer’s individual needs. Development begins always with an analysis or a small study of the currents situation and the needs and wishes of the customer. Programme will then be constructed together with the customer so that it would be as practical as possible.

Careful preparation work ensures that the right topics and right terms are used in the actual training. Furthermore, preparation ensures that no futile parts are included in the training programme.
Every training group and every trainee is different. This difference has to be taken into account when planning and realising the trainings. The individual needs and wishes are addressed during the training.

How much?
The customer can decide the optimal investment level by himself. A company can e.g. decide that they will use a sum of X$ / person / year, or maybe that specific target group should have X days of training / year.
Price level will remain the same throughout the training programme, so the customer will have no financial surprises and the trainings remain easy to budget.
Of course, a training as a part of a more comprehensive development programme will be less expensive than an individual training.
